Synopsis

An ex-actress, Cheung Lai Yee, comes back to her hometown in the suburbs of Hong Kong, Ho Chung Village, for the first time in 10 years. But her mother cannot recognize her because of Alzheimer's Disease. Lai Yee grows close to her old classmate, Lin Jin, and she begins to listen to the village's old people in order to reconnect herself with her mother.
A talented female director from Hong Kong's indie film world depicts a 30-something woman looking for her identity. Co-starring Lawrence Chou, a Pang Ho-cheung's regular. This excellent touching film was selected for one of 7 recommended films by Hong Kong Film Critics Society.
