Jin Jing - Synopsis
Three youths, Ding Bo, Nan Feng and Fatso, rebel against their parents and refuse to go to university. They rent rooms of a house owned by a seasoned Chinese opera singer, Chang Yue Qin, and begin a life together. Constantly getting told off by the difficult Chan, the three find her secret past.
"Buddha Mountain" is an excellent drama sensitively depicting the immature fragile emotions of the youths and the sorrow of the adult. The film won the Awards for Best Actress (Fan Bingbing) and Best Artistic Contribution at the 2010 Tokyo International Film Festival.- Distributor in Japan
