Kwan was born with three fully-functioning arms. After his mother and his tailor uncle die, he feels alone and estranged, and decides to go to Bangkok to have a surgery to remove the third arm. On the road, he meets a woman named Na, who understands his struggle.
"Handle Me with Care" is the second directorial work by popular screenplay writer Kongdej Jaturanrasmee. With a unique plot and convincing storytelling, this excellent road movie touches viewers' hearts. Screened at the OAFF2009.
