College student Shiqiao (Angelababy), suffering from a neuromuscular disease, has feelings for her ex-classmate Gong Ning (Mark Chao), who suddenly dropped out of school years ago. "First Time" is a sweet romantic film, consisting of two parts named "Side A" and "Side B", like a cassette tape. An opposite of Angelababy, Taiwanese star Mark Chao of "Monga" and "Love" (screened at OAFF2012) gives a convincing performance as a sweet bad man.
