- Synopsis
- A combination of passionate environmental story and moving exploration of creativity, this documentary spotlights artist and architect SHINGU Susumu, who has had a lifelong "dialogue with the wind and with water", and his efforts, at age of seventy-six, to establish a wind-powered artistic eco-community. Directed by Thomas RIEDELSHEIMER, maker of the stunning "Rivers and Tides", the film is visually captivating, with gentle and near-hypnotic imagery from around the world, and also intellectually stimulating, and so manages to sync perfectly with SHINGU's artistic precepts.
