NOER is a writer, director, producer, and book editor. Her work progressed from co-written screenplays, like "Verses of Love" (2008), to solo credits like "Posesif" (OAFF2018) and her award-winning writing-directing debut "Two Blue Stripes" (2019). Her film "Like & Share" (OAFF2023) was selected for Rotterdam International Film Festival 2023.
Banjong PISANTHANAKUN

PISANTHANAKUN made his feature film debut "Shutter" (2004). Since then, he is no stranger to success with his follow-up films like "Alone" (2007) and "Hello Stranger" (2010/OAFF2013). "Pee Mak" (2013) became the highest box office Thai film of all time. In 2016, he took a new turn with a romantic drama "One Day" (OAFF2017). His latest work is “The Medium” (2021), a Thai-Korean co-production, produced by NA Hong-jin. "You & Me & Me" (2023), which he produced, will be screened at OAFF2023 in the Competition section.
TANAKA Noriko (田中範子)
Japan｜Manager, Kobe Planet Film Archive
Born in Sakai City, Osaka. After working as a film festival staff member and projectionist, TANAKA has served as manager of the Kobe Planet Film Archive since its opening in 2007. In addition to planning screenings at the Archive cinema, she organizes the Kobe Discovery Film Festival and engages in grassroots film archiving activities as the secretary of the Kobe Film Archive Organizing Committee. She and Director YASUI Yoshio (安井喜雄) established a non-profit organization in 2019 to research and utilize the materials in the collection.
TSANG Hing Weng Eric (曾慶宏)
Hong Kong｜Director
TSANG is a graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong's Journalism and Communication course and works as an artist and filmmaker. His short films include "The Umbrella" (下雨天/2018) and "A Thousand Sails" (木已成舟/2020). His debut feature, "Hong Kong Family" (過時・過節/2022), will be screened at OAFF2023 in the Competition section.
