Junko Takarada is still single at the age of 40. Until a while ago, she was having an affair with her boss but he has turned his attention to Rika, Junko’s cuter and younger subordinate. Facing down being single is a scary prospect but when a paper airplane comes flying into Junko’s life, things change. When she opens it she sees a marriage notification but with only the side containing the male column filled in. Junko thought that a strange man had written the notification out and sent it flying, hoping to rely on destiny to connect him with someone. Gathering up all of the courage in her heart, she visits the address written in the marriage notification…
Being single can be hard when society expects you to get married but there’s someone for everyone, you just have to keep a smile on your face, an open mind, and be ready to seize romance even if it comes in the shape of a paper airplane.
