Abbas JALAL-LOU - Synopsis
For many years an old woman (Maryam NOORAFKAN) has cared for her sick husband for many years until one day this habit ends.
Taking an observational approach to the everyday routines of the old woman, director Mehrshad RANJBAR creates a moving portrait of a woman’s tenderness, love, and dedication in an indifferent world. The film has played at international festivals including the 18th Tirana International Film Festival 2020 where it was winner of the Best Student Film award.
