Cheng Lai-Sheng, an ambitious hard worker, dreams of buying a luxury apartment overlooking Victoria Bay. Her aspiration stems from a bitter childhood memory in which the once magnificent view of the bay was overshadowed by the construction of the apartment building. On the day she is finally able to pay the deposit, the owner raises the cost on the pretext of soaring prices. Furious, Cheng forms an outrageous plot. The film reveals a new side to Director Pang Ho-Cheung and was featured at the Tokyo International Film Festival.
