Director Jonnie To's appeared at last year's Osaka Asian Film Festival, where his film "Vengence" created a stir with its humorous dialogue and sophisticated cinematography. "Jonnie Got His Gun!" is a documentary about Jonnie To by French Director Yves Montmayeu, who previously made documentaries on Takashi Miike and the Korean film industry. Montmayeu spent four years filming and observing To at work and the documentary includes interviews with Simon Yam and To's actors.
