Michael PUGH - Synopsis
The course of love between photogenic Guy and beautiful June doesn’t go smoothly. What starts in high school as instant attraction turns into a decade-long ordeal for two people who want to be together but are waiting for the right moment for it to happen. Audiences will see love, betrayal, miscommunication, recriminations, and emotional constancy – to the point of obsession - on display, all told with rain-soaked walks, GIF-laden text message threads, and a bizarre trip to an aquarium in the company of a dog and a monkey.
Glossy visuals and an array of funny characters delivering whip-smart love advice makes bearable the numerous chances characters pass over the years as the question of will they or won’t they get it together(???) is drawn out.
